RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Over5ize SRL applies European law and Italian law (D-Legs. November 4, 2021, No. 170) with regard to returns and the exercise of the right of withdrawal in European Union countries. In the rest of the world, sales are final.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product purchased online from Over5ize:

-You have 14 calendar days to return an item and exercise your right of withdrawal from the date you received it.

-The returned product must be in its original condition, without any alterations and with the original packaging intact.

-Make sure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all promotional items included in the shipping envelope/box.

Return and exchange period: 14 days from receipt of the order by the customer.

ITALY

Cost of returns with refund in Italy: €7.99.

Cost of exchanges in Italy: €5.99.

Each product can be replaced with the same product in a different size or with any other item available on the website.

In the event of a negative price difference, the customer will receive a refund to the original payment method. In the event of a positive price difference, at the end of the return process, the customer will receive an email with a link allowing them to pay the difference.

We kindly ask customers to pay any difference as soon as the process on the portal is complete in order to avoid delays in the shipment of the new item(s).

Once the return process is complete, you will receive a Poste Italiane label that you must print and attach to the package. You can then deliver the package to your nearest post office or Poste Italiane point.

You will also receive a document that must be included inside the package for identification purposes.

It is possible to exchange an item that has already been exchanged previously, but refund requests for items that have already been exchanged will not be accepted.

TIMELINES

After receiving and verifying the return, we will immediately create a new shipment with the new items chosen by the customer. An email containing the new tracking code will also be sent automatically so that you can easily track the new shipment.

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receipt of the package using the original payment method. You will also receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

EUROPEAN UNION (EXCLUDING ITALY)

For returns and refunds within the European Union (excluding Italy), shipping will be handled independently by the customer.

We are working to make the Returns and Exchanges portal available for EU returns as well. In the meantime, you can contact us on our Instagram page, where a member of our staff will assist you.

REST OF THE WORLD

Over5ize does not currently support returns and exchanges outside the European Union.
