RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Over5ize SRL applies European law and Italian law (Legislative Decree 4 November 2021 n. 170) regarding returns and the exercise of the right of withdrawal in European Union countries. For the rest of the world, all sales are final.

There are some important things to keep in mind when returning a product purchased online from Over5ize:

  1. You have 14 calendar days to return an item and exercise your right of withdrawal from the date you received it.
  2. The returned product must be in its original condition, without any alterations and with the original packaging intact, otherwise the refund may be proportionally reduced.
  3. In case of a refund, make sure the item(s) you are returning are repackaged with all promotional items included in the original shipping bag/box.
  4. Returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense, except in cases where the received product is defective or incorrect — in this case the return is completely free of charge.

Return and exchange period: 14 days from receipt of the order.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

All our return labels are managed by InPost for Italy and by Fedex for EU returns.

Once you have submitted your request through our portal, you will receive an email with a link to purchase the shipping label. After completing the payment, simply reply to our email to confirm — your return will then be approved and you will receive the label directly via email.

With InPost and Fedex you can drop off your parcel at one of the nearest collection points available across all EU.

ITALY

  • Exchange/Voucher shipping cost: €6.99
  • Refund shipping cost: €9.99

Each product can be replaced with the same product in a different size or with any other item available on the website. In case of a negative price difference, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. In case of a positive price difference, you will receive an email with a link to pay the difference.

It is possible to exchange an item that has already been exchanged previously, but refund requests for already exchanged items will not be accepted.

TIMEFRAMES

After receiving and verifying the return, we will process it and create a shipment with the new items chosen within 10 working days. As soon as it is available, you will receive an email with the tracking code.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the parcel. You will also receive a confirmation email at the time of processing.

REST OF THE WORLD

Over5ize currently does not support returns and exchanges outside the European Union.
